What is the typical lead time for furniture delivery?
Since our pieces are handcrafted to order, lead times typically range from 6 to 10 weeks. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I make a purchase?
Yes, we offer complimentary fabric swatches so you can experience the texture and color in your own home lighting. You can order up to five swatches via our website.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We accept returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Is assembly required for your gliders and beds?
Most of our gliders arrive fully assembled. For beds and larger furniture pieces, minimal assembly is required, and we provide detailed instructions and all necessary hardware.
Are your materials eco-friendly and non-toxic?
Absolutely. We use FSC-certified wood, foam that is free of flame retardants, and fabrics that meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements to ensure a safe environment for your home.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery services?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery option at checkout which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
