We want you to love your Monte Design furniture, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are subject to specific terms to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original shipping box with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a pickup with our specialized furniture carriers or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
